If you're on pay monthly there are a few options that you can choose from, including EU roaming, EU plus international calls, and worldwide roaming, so the best option can depend on your destination.
Just send us a text with ROAM to 150 and we'll guide you through the options available.
If you have the EE app it's worth checking which plan you're on too, as some of these include roaming as standard, whilst with others you'll need to opt-in to an add-on.
On pay as you go, roaming is enabled as standard, but you'll need to purchase an add-on with credit in order for this to work.
Finally on pay as you go you need to make a chargeable call or text from within the UK before you travel to ensure this activates too.
