Morning all.
i am a long term user of the Full works package, unlimited data and im planning a trip to Spain. On checking my account to ensure my included data roaming was active I get directed to purchase a roaming pass for £15. Why is this when I already pay for it ?

Hi @Markymark76,
It is automatically included on any Full Works plan taken on or after 29th August 2024, as pointed out wonderfully by @XRaySpeX above.
If your plan was taken out before this date, you will have to change/swap an Inclusive Extra to the EU Roaming Pass in order to not be charged for Roaming in the EU. On your return, this can then be swapped back to something else after you have had it selected for 30 days.
Just make sure to activate roaming before leaving the UK.

Morning, I’m also after clarity regarding the full works package data roaming coverage for Spain. It states it’s included but then wants me to buy a 7 day pass for £15 when you look in detail. How was your outcome ?

@Markymark76 : When did you take out your Full Works plan? I believe that it's only since 29th August 2024 that they included EU roaming.
Referring you to @Matt_124 who knows about these things.
