Just trying to get the answer to a simple question - how much would it cost me to pay for data when I get to my destination in Africa.  This has to be the WORST of the WORST  web sites it has ever been my misfortune to encounter.  ROUND and ROUND the houses,  and seemingly getting nowhere!  I would be thoroughly ashamed of myself if I had designed a website such as this.  Did anybody ever bother to actually TEST it before inflicting this dross on the public ! ??   I am not even going to BOTHER proceeding with EE  after this.

Assume you have checked the roaming page: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs

You'll receive a text on arriving as well. 

You don't say if you are on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract. If pay monthly make sure roaming is activated on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @kq3 

You can visit Explore our Roaming Packages which has details of our roaming passes available and the costs.  
Countries are grouped into zones with different rates for data, calls and text packs. 

Data is blocked by default when you are roaming. You can only use data once you purchase one of the roaming pass while abroad.
This stops any unexpected data charges. 

Visit Buy A Roaming Add-On once you arrive at your destination to get any of our passes. You’ll also be sent this link when you arrive abroad.
