I am currently in Goa and have paid EE for a weekly pass to use my phone abroad.
I can not make any calls as it says my phoned is barred.
I can not even contact EE as that is barred also.
does anybody have an email address for customer services.

Have you been able to make calls in Goa since you arrived? Can you send text messages or use mobile data? Can you call Indian numbers? Can you call UK numbers?
Have you tried manually selecting an alternative Indian network, and are the symptoms the same?
EE-CS have no email address.

@Karl7182 , if on a monthly contract, did you set up roaming on your account? No need if on pay as you go, as it is already set up automatically.

Thank you for your help.
I managed to get WiFi and set up a web chat with EE.
the lady from EE managed to alter my settings to enable my phone to work.
