Data access roaming

I have a £5 Everything Pack. When I went to Spain I paid for 10 days EU roaming. Voice and text were fine but no data access. The information on this site indicates that I should get all three??

Are you PAYG or pay-monthly? Text BALANCE to 150, what is the response?

Are the symptoms identical across each of the local networks?

There's no 10-day roaming pass. Do you mean a week pass + 3 x 1-day passes?

Pay monthly. Balance reply gives current balance plus usage information. I was only in one area connected to Movistar.

My mistake on pass, meant 7-day (which cost £10)

What exactly does it say about the usage information?

The £5 Everything Pack is not a contract but PAYG.
