Data Roaming Pack in USA on PAYG.

I'm trying to see if I can buy a data pack for roaming on PAYG but can't see any options. In order to see data packs it says I need to be on mobile data and not WiFi but can't get mobile data because I have no data roaming.

I try to call 150 from here in US but it only gives me an option to top up with credit or voucher and no data packs.

Any help greatly appreciated

@MalkyS21 : You don't need to possess mobile data already in order to buy a data add-on. Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi to see what data add-ons are available. That site is unmetered.
