Couldn't make any call

I am currently abroad and I tried to make a phone call but it keep saying " the number is incorrect. " Even I call 150.

I tried to top up my number as well but failed .

What should I do?

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

Have you used this Sim card in the UK before leaving to go abroad? 

Did you receive a welcome text? 

Please try turning the phone off and back on, you could also try manually selecting the Network rather than automatically selecting the Network.
