Charges in Spain

I have arrived in Spain today for 7 days. Any advice on how to avoid high charges?

any help appreciated.

Hi @Jacqui711 

Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

  • Turn your phone off.
  • Remove the SIM. 
  • Leave your phone at home.
  • Buy a roaming add on.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

5. If on contract, don't have texted ROAMING to 150 from the UK.
