Hello,
I’m currently travelling abroad, I sent one SMS message but appear to have been charged twice for the same message, as well as 3 times for messaging a number that I don’t know but accordingly to google appears to be linked to Apple iMessage activation (07903553650).
It appears the only way I can dispute the charges is to call EE which will currently cost me £2.52 a min
Has anyone else experienced this?

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

SMS supports messages upto 160 characters. If you type a message longer than that, it will be concatenated - shown on the sending & receiving phone as one message, but split up into multiple chunks of 160 characters to be sent through the network.
That's likely what's happened.

Hi @Cardiffdan.
Have you been able to try giving us a call using the route provided by @XRaySpeX?
Our customer care team will be able to access these charges.

@XRaySpeX as mentioned I can not make calls on my existing Skype account/app without applying credit to my account.
