Cant use mobile to make calls in Greece

Can use it to go on internet and sms but I cant ring anyone in UK or in Greece via mobile direct. EE alleges they are working on issue since 18th April. With no end in sight.  Once they trebled their roaming charges it all went to pot, maximum price zero service ...

 Well if you charge for a service but it doesnt work then all charges should be refunded.

Wont use EE again its a mickey mouse contract as two weeks now I cant make calls. i cant make calls to booking com I cant ring business partners in the UK etc, I am not in outer Mongolia or Timbuktu but in Europe. If they cant get a mobile line working they shouldn't sell the service or state its subject to not working indefinitely. As no one has contacted me since the service has been out from 18th April...

If you dont pay your bills you dont have a service, EE is probably bouncing checks as they have dividends to pay.

That is their priority all else is semantics....

No power outage in Greece cant make voice calls since I landed over two weeks ago. Mickey Mouse contract for a mickey mouse outfit .

No power outage, no real reason provided cant make voice calls. Been coming to Greece for over 25 years first time cant make voice calls. Pay for a premium service for a mickey mouse service
