Hi @AnnaOj
Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
If pay monthly did you activate roaming on your account. If not you'll need to speak to EE CS directly.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I'm on a monthly plan which I can cancel anytime, not sure which bracket that goes under.
I believe the problem arose last week when an EE member of staff unlocked the age restriction on my account.
I can not call EE via 150 so need a member of staff to call me back,

Hi @AnnaOj,
Welcome to the EE Community
I am sorry to hear you are having an issue calling the UK from abroad. +44 (0)7953 966 150 is the number to call us on when outside the UK, have you been able to test this one?
The age restriction setting is separate so should have no effect on your ability to use your phone abroad. What exactly happens when you try and call, do you get a recorded message for example? Are other services like your incoming calls, texts and data working abroad ok?
Have you tried changing to another available local network to see if you are able to make a call?
We don't have access to your account via these forums to help directly or arrange call backs from our customer service team.

You mention problems calling numbers prefixed 08 or 07. How about UK landlines prefixed 01, 02 or 03?

When I try to call, there is no ringing, no connection and after some minutes the call ends. Tried the number above, that doesn't connect either.
Texts and data are working, will try switching to local network

Yes managed to sort out the problem by switching local network, finally.
Thanks for the replies,
