Accessing the add on in Jersey

I have been trying to pay for the add-on to my EE PAYG  Sim since arriving in Jersey yesterday. I get as far as the pay card I'm resident in Australia and that's my billing address I cannot seem to get the pay system to accept Australia for the residential address and I've been unable to get the add-on please advise how I can achieve this.

Is this a SIM you have used before or have you just recently bought it for a trip?

Have you already activated the SIM and used it to make at least 1 phone call while in UK connected to the EE network before going to Jersey? 

You can try top up any EE pay as you go SIM card online using our Fast Top-up page.
