Abroad With EE Son Can't Buy Pass On Website Unlike Me

Hello I am abroad in Spain and my 2 of my sons are on the exact same contract with same settings, one has been able to buy the pass but he tried to do it in the same way on his brother's phone but was unable to. Tried to contact customer support, said it would send me a text but I couldn't respond to it so I can't talk to someone. Please understand this is very frustrating and I would like to speak to customer service because it is costing a lot of money. Thanks in advance

If you could call us from any other phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or using a VoIP service, as @XRaySpeX has advised, once connected please select option 2. One of our guides can check your son's account and make sure this is fully set up for roaming.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
