5 weeks in Australia - best option?

I have just arrived in Australia and will be here for 5 weeks using my EE UK number. I’m currently using the Travel Data pass for £8.45/day however this will tally up to £287 if I use it every day (which is likely). Is there a cheaper option? I keep seeing this Roam Abroad Pass mentioned but can’t figure out a way to add it to my plan? (Pay monthly, Sim only).

The weekly pass allows use of all your UK allowances - voice, text & data for £25/week.

I understand that the Travel Data Pass has been withdrawn anyway.
