Additional phone lines

Hi I have my contract with ee but I also have 2 additional lines on my contract, am I able to transfer these additional lines over to the people currently using them, so it will be there own contract and I wont have anything to do with them. x

App issues

Want to be able to access parental controls via the app but it won't allow me to log in!  Keeps taking me back to the home screen & I gather this is a common issue.  Not helpful at all.
