App not loading

Hi I recently upgraded my phone.  I have tried to log into the app, using the correct log in details and password and it won't let me, keeps loading back to the log in page? Any ideas please? Thanks

Order Reference

EE don’t recognise order number they provided and I need it to know through EE app to track my order. It also don’t recognise the email either despite being logged in on the said email. I’m a new customer.
