You cannot. You might need to pay so that's why you need to call CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

You would have to ring up EE, as there's no other way to do it as in some cases you need to pay a £35 charge for to change your number.

However, if you are receiving nuisance calls, and you want to change your number for that reason, it's usually free.

If EE ask for £35 to change your number is guess you could in theory pick up a pay and go sim, activate it and get the PAC and move that new number over to EE.
