How can I change my direct debit details?

Welcome to the community.
You can change the direct debit details for your account by logging in to the EE website > selecting Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit > Change Direct Debit and enter the new details.
This applies for a broadband account or the airtime part of a contract. If you have a Flex Pay plan where you pay for the phone separately, please give us a call and one of our guides can update the details for that payment.
