I bought a £15 EE voucher at Boots and recharged it according to the instructions provided. I received a reply from 150 saying the recharge was successful. However, the EE app shows 0B data left, and I am unable to use 4G. Yet, my recharge history shows that I have redeemed the £15 voucher. I would like to ask what happened and how to resolve this issue?

Try restarting your device.
Then text BA to 150. What does it say.

150 replied to me saying that my current balance is £15 as of today.

Is this your first top up?
To use data you would need an add-on or subscription pack, if you text ALL PACKS to 150 the reply will let you know how to activate a pack with your credit 🙂
