60 days have passed since i had a chargeable activity, yet I received no message to inform me if I want to keep the account active. About 80 days have passed. Today, i was easily able to top up the account, still i cannot any messages to 150. Any ideas?

What is it you are trying to send to 150 and what happens when you do? Are calls and texts to normal numbers working or what does happen when you try and make a call?
If it has only been 80 days then it should not be hibernated yet, that will only happen at 180 days, have you restarted your phone since topping up?
