think i got scammed by EE

I brought a top up this morninf it took my money and now its tellinf me i never did that i have all the reciepts , ice tried contactinf and they wont pick up lol

@dmw032611  Have you tried restarting the device.  And as you have a receipt have you applied that top up if you purchased a voucher?

i had an online receipt, and ive restarted my phone 3 times aswell

just says the last time i topped up was last month when thats obvs not true
