Hi just wonderimg if someone could advise please, i recently gotten 2 EE sims both orderes seperatly online one for my son and one for my daughter, both sims have arrived and successfully ported over old numbers etc, when purchasing i went for the £10 PAYG sims which gives 8GB of Data (boosted to 20gb) on my daughters Sim the £10 credit was on the sim then it almost immidiatley automaticly purchased the subscription pack with the £10 credit. All good so far thats exactly what i wanted, but with my sons sim the credit balance is still at £10 and its not auto purchasing the pack, i know i could just head to the shop section and buy it manually but in there its only advertised as 8GB, theres no mention of the 20gb package which is what was originally purchased. Should I just wait will ot eventually auto purchase like the other one did or do I need EE to step in and help. Any answers are greatly appreciated. Thankyou

What does texting AL to 150 from your son's no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Hi. XRaySpecX thanks for the reply but it’s all sorted now, I managed to speak to someone on the chat service. They updated it manually, though weirdly the 12gb promotional allowance was given twice on my sons sim, so he has 32gb and my daughter has 20gb. 🤷♂️ I’d better not tell her don’t want any arguments 🤣.
Strangely the whole process was different for my sons sim to my daughters sim, even though they were both purchased exactly the same way, even setting up the auto top up and subscription pack. Anyway sorted now at least for a month anyway.
