Payment for my monthly subscription pack hasn't been taken so I have data etc. I have got enough money in the bank so unsure why this has happened. When I try to make payment myself this message come up. 
Anyone else having the same issues?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
