new ee customer, i ordered a sim and order acknowledged on 23rd august. it still hasn’t arrived. impossible to get answers on the app.

I'm disappointed to hear that your new SIM card hasn't arrived yet, as this should have been delivered at the latest within 3-5 working days through Royal Mail.
If you made a payment for your new Pay As You Go SIM, please call our team and they'll be able to double check the order.
If this was a free SIM, you're welcome to order another one, and we'll get that in the post and delivered as soon as possible.
