Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

No, these SIMs are intended for UK residents & must be activated there 1st. Why on earth buy a foreign SIM?

Because I had good experiences with UK sim cards.
If I send you 3 sim cards to the UK, would you please activate them for me? I will pay in installments.

Welcome to EE. Thanks for buying a £10 pack, it'll come out of your credit as soon as you use your phone. It gives you 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 8GB of data. Visit ee.co.uk/payg for information on managing your account, or ee.co.uk/paygservice for the main elements of your service. Thanks.
Thanks for your help.

@coinsu01 , if you have someone in the UK, you can send them to them, and they can then activate it and make a chargeable call or text and then send back to you, but quite frankly, you would be better to use a local SIM card, as that would work out cheaper, as it is more expensive to use a UK SIM card abroad.

Hi @coinsu01
Welcome to the community.
It sounds like your pack is active, from that message. What does it say when you text AL to 150?
