safe website to buy top up codes

i tried to buy a top up from the tesco website, they have taken my money and not given me a top up code. what site can i use that wont steal my money.  to recover my money from tesco i am going to take £15 of goods from a tesco store without paying for them

i am still on tmobile, fast top up does not accept tmobile numbers

atm machines stopped doing top ups in 2020. EE seems to be making it difficult to use tmobile, they closed tmobile online account management in 2019
