‘reverse’ Top Up function?

lone_gunman

I am moving to Three having found that, according to OFCOM’s mobile coverage checker, Three has more reliable mobile phone coverage for my home postcode area.

I currently have just over £40 Current Credit in my PAYG account, and would like to transfer that back to my bank. However, while I am sure that EE do not intend to keep my unused credit, I cannot find a mechanism for moving funds back whence they came.

Surely there must be a ‘reverse’ Top Up function?  What if you’d inadvertently Topped Up £5000 instead of an intended £50.00?
