I top-up 10 pounds and cant activate plan,what i need to do?

I Called today. And cant find what i need.

I dont know why why ee is difficult to use, activate packs and other.

It seems you were on a legacy pre-2021 pack. If you don't top-up in time & allow it to auto renew you can't get it again.

Now that you've answered YES to the new PACK10, let's see the full response from texting AL to 150?
