I recently topped up my pay as you go SIM £20 via the EE website and I have logged into my EE app and I have zero data?? I have texts and calls however I can’t see any minutes or exactly how many I have etc. I have already messaged ‘AL’ and ‘BALANCE’ to 150 and received no reply ?

Is it possible that you have used the data that came with the plan? It's strange that the pack is set up, but with no data.

Hi Chris,

No, the app and website was showing 0MB since I topped it up and before I even tried to use it. I thought it maybe just needed some time to refresh but I tested it once and nothing worked.
