I can see this topic was raised in 2021 but not resolved and we are now in 2024.
Not able to edit existing cards at all and if I put my existing card in as a new card but with its new expiry date and 3 figure code it is not accepted

I have a pay as you go account.
Have four payment cards listed. One ran out a few years ago but can't find a way to remove it. Have just received a new card with new expiry date and code for the payment card I use the most but can't edit it on website.

If you are unable to edit the card details in your EE account, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help 🙂

@Ian212 : Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop your existing pack & payment method. Then buy a new pack. It will ask for the card you want to pay with.

If you do it without saving card it seems to work.
