I want to cancel my current pay as you go pack, but cannot call as am currently abroad, and my ee is not currently working. I have already paid for an extra month last month as I wasn’t able to cancel the pack and now am about to be charged for another. How can I cancel it?

You can only do this using the Text Service. If you can't use that you'll need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hu, am I able to do this via text instead? as calling might end up with me being on hold and the charges for calling from Malaysia are even higher. Will I also be able to get a refund on the last month paid as I wasn’t able to use the website to cancel, as with this month?

Yes, providing you call using Skype over WiFi as I suggested, not over the mobile network.. It should be free.

Got a Skype account but now long waiting time on hold. Am I able to just do it via text? At this point I don’t mind paying the overseas charges just to get it done.
And do you think I can be refunded for last month too for the reason that myee was/is faulty? Is this just me or have other people had this issue?
Thanks

Hi @Hollytun
You would need to speak to us to discuss any refund. Once the call is connected the team can make sure the pack and any recurring card payments for the pack are cancelled.
