pay&go top up unsuccessful even though i have put on plenty of credit. Tried texting NOW, PACK15 nothing works

Are you saying the top-up of credit didn't work or the buying of the £15 pack from it?
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
