I would like to stop my monthly payments as I am in a different country where EE doesn't work. I keep getting charged monthly but I am not using EE. And there is no way to change that setting on the app or website, which is quite frustrating. I am trying to avoid calling EE directly to avoid exorbitant costs for calling abroad. I don't see a way to e-mail customer service. Can someone help me please? Thanks!
