I’ve payed £10 for data but its just gave me credit how do I get data aswell

I've got the same issue, payed for the £10 pack, unlimited texts, 8gb of data and 500 minutes so far I've only received the minutes and texts.

On my subscription page it just says 0mbs of data and my phone has recorded 715mbs of data usage from march 1st-now, dont really need the data but it's good to have when needed and they make it as hard as possible to do anything close to find a resolution, really tempted to get a new sim with a different provider as EE have been nothing but a headache.
