If you need help to top up simply call 150 and Listen to the options.. if you need help with what todo regarding your phone .. depending on what device you have .. download some apps or games lots of free ones on app stores .. call your family and friends and share your number ? Go in the settings and change your wallpaper 😂 spoilt for choice really

i got nothing  can not call or text paid for my top up  and do not know what to do next never had a mobile before

Ok a few things .

1. Did you add the code on the voucher to your phone ? You can do this buy either texting VO followed by the 16 digit code to 150

Or call 150 and follow the instructions given .

if you have done above and still have no signal to call or text etc - depending on the phone you have access your settings and find the network part there you should find if your network is connected to ee / if you’re data is on etc

again a simple restart of the phone can help but if all else fails call 150 from your phone and again via instructions speak to an advisor . The phone lines close now so if that’s case call them tomorrow .

That were i have the problem i do not know how to add the code on to phone i did that before and it failed .

@c1001 : To use the eVoucher text VO then space then the 16-digit voucher no. to 150.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
