I've turned phone on & off.  I've removed sim & tried it in another phone but it still says the same.  I'm on pay as you go & according to the online account i have £9.26 credit balance.  I'm getting a message along the top of my phone saying emergency calls only.

Any suggestions??

Within any 6 months you needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Hi @Kagg

Thanks for coming here.

When was the last time the SIM card was used for a chargeable call or text?

Have you topped up recently?

Leanne 🙂

Are you in UK?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Thanks for the replies.  Managed to speak to EE from a landline, my sim has been disabled as although it has been used in the last 6mths it hasn't been used in the UK in that time.  I thought this rule didn't apply to pay as you go!  I have  only visited the UK once a year for the last 10yrs and never had this issue before.  I've had the number for over 30yrs so it's a huge pain loosing it.
