@edcpmc  That dongle has a admin mode,  there probably an IP address printed on the dongle with a admin passcode.   You enter the IP address on your phone through a web browser when connected to the dongle and then the admin password you should then be able to see what text are sent to the sim.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I dont have phone will this work in a web browser on my pc. I cant try it yet as the dongle is at home

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. No msgs are involved.

Most Dongles, MiFi, 4G Routers, what ever you want to call them these days, have an Divert SMS to another Number facility, which is a useful feature for these Devices and a feature not found on Mobile Phones, dive into the Admin Settings and go to the SMS / Text settings and you should find a Setting that allows you to instantly Divert (Re Send) any incoming Text Message to another Sim Number on any Network ie, your normal Phone Number.

The cost of resending the Text is the same as any Text Message Cost so if on PAYG Plan you will need Credit or a Text Allowance in place, for normal Monthly Plans the Text comes out of your Text Allowance and for Data Only Plans (ie no Calls included) these Plans come with a 100 Texts per month which should be more than enough to cover your Monthly Text Divert costs.

Hi Chris B.

I hope you are well!

I have the same problem.

However the IP address is unacceptable.
