I had an automatic renewal set up for a pay-as-you-go pack. I received no call or message in a while and it was cancelled. How can I restart this plan or a new one? I am not able to manage my account anymore. When I try to do it a password is sent to my phone and since my plan is cancelled I cannot access it.

Thanks for coming back to me. 

Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and the team can check the account and see if this is in hibernation and if so, look into removing this for you.

Thanks for your reply.
I am not sure since I had a set-up for an automatic recharge but I just
realised got a text message from 150 EE 2 months ago I didn't make a
call/text.. in the last 30 days and that EE stopped the autocratic renewal.
It also says to manage my payments from my account but I am not able. I
think this option is not available to me. Is there any way I can recharge
the SIM? I would need to use my phone number.
