I had an automatic renewal set up for a pay-as-you-go pack. I received no call or message in a while and it was cancelled. How can I restart this plan or a new one? I am not able to manage my account anymore. When I try to do it a password is sent to my phone and since my plan is cancelled I cannot access it.

Please call us on 0800 956 6000 and the team can check the account and see if this is in hibernation and if so, look into removing this for you.

Sorry we have option to email, you can call us from abroad using any other phone on +44 (0)7953 966 150 or a VoIP service such as Skype on 0800 956 6000.
