how do i remove my card details from EE?

Hello, how do i remove my cards details from MyEE? Its very complicated to find relevant menu field.

Login into the Web Portal

Click Menu - right panel

Account Settings - Scroll down to Account Details

Manage Card - Remove

Welcome to the community.

If you're unable to see this in your My EE Account, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and help you to remove the card.

Text STOP to 150 to stop your pack from renewing.

Text STOP REC to 150 to stop the direct card payment. For good measure also text STOP PACK to 150 to prevent the pack renewing.
