Actually - when you go to an option to top-up manually (not choosing a bundle) it gives you an option of "manage cards" which basically, allows you to delete card information.
So there is no need to contact support for that...

actually there is no manage card on auto menu when you phone. it automatically saves the card. i need all previous cards removed from all of my numbers asap. and no instructions on how to do this. i have tried on auto menu on 150 and 360, also tried in the app. which has brought me here as no option is available to manage card there either.
please advise. also this topic is very hard to find... had to randomly pic users and check their questions as search brings up nothing

@Vial_Rose : You don't do it by phoning up but in your MyEE under Menu / A/c Settings / Manage your cards.

Unfortunately that option doesn't seem to work anymore - I just get this error when I try do remove any of my cards:
EDIT: Hmm for some reason the screenshot displays OK when editing the post but not in the actual forum post! The text of the error is: "Sorry, something's gone wrong
Sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later."

@metaphase : The facility is still there but it has a bug in it.
Don't worry, your images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

Ah, thanks for approving the image - I didn't know that it was awaiting approval but makes sense.
Yes, sadly it seems a rather key bug in that it doesn't let you actually achieve the desired outcome of removing the card 😀
