Hello all.

Have received this message on PAYG a few times recently.  SIM not recently been brought out of hibernation, is regularly used.  Have pleanty of credit on phone for the calls. Phone hacking is prevalent in this area.

Any ideas how to stop this happening?

@remembering  If this is a text message then forward that message to 7726 and then the number that sent it when prompted.

You then block the number but unfortunately you can’t stop someone from using a different number so you repeat the process above.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
