credit

Hi all

The EE website is telling me that my data pack which costs £10 won't renew because there isn't enough credit in my account but the same site is also telling me I have £15.15 credit. I've tried texting now to 150 to restart my pack but it's still telling me I've not enough credit. I know I have enough credit because I manually topped up and the money has been taken from my card.

Could anyone please explain

Thanks

Thanks @fiveskinz

Can you text ALL PACKS to 150, the reply will show all available packs and how to activate the pack, can you try this for the pack you want to add?

Leanne.

Try texting PACK10 to 150. Is it now active?

Yes, as long as you are not switching from a pack of under £10.
