Hi I do pay monthly but I thought I could do a voucher could you put the voucher on my sim please?

@Ewedgwood05z  You do this yourself from your device.   Read the instructions that came with it. 

It can not be done via this means of this forum because this isn’t customer support and no one here has access to your account,

If you're a Pay As You Go customer and have a voucher to add to your SIM, please see How to top up a pay as you go mobile help page on how to do this.

If you're a Pay Monthly customer, you're not able to add a top-up voucher to your SIM. If you need to pay a bill, please see Pay Your Mobile or Broadband Bill help page for different payment methods.
