@NafisehRasouly : EE UK packs should work anywhere in the EE EU Zone incl. Switzerland.
Can you send texts to 150? If so, What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @NafishRasouly
Welcome to the community.
Did you use it here in the UK before travelling abroad? You have to make a phone call or send a text message whilst connected to the EE network in the UK to enable roaming abroad.

No, I haven’t text or called anyone first from UK, but I have done this before and it has worked perfectly, during summer I once bought a packed in Germany and traveled through Europe and returned to UK and it was working fine. Again a few months back I was visiting my parents in Switzerland and I bought a pack there and it was working..
This time is so strange. I need a solution from your team. Because I am a loyal EE costumer and Trina to fix this issue has taken too long.. I was on the phone for hours last night and they said they ring me back, but they didn’t.
Best Regards

Thanks, @NafisehRasouly
Was that using this same SIM card or is this a new SIM card that you've gotten recently?

I use to use this sim card before, but I recently ordered a replacement, and I brought it in holiday with me, but it isn’t working.
Best Regards

OK, thank you, @NafisehRasouly
Have you tried manually searching and connecting to an available network?
Chris
