I am on a £10 monthly subscription package and pay manually each month. I want to purchase a European roaming package, 10 pounds for a 7-day add-on package, to make it easier for me to start using it in France the day after tomorrow.

@HL0518 : You actually pay 30-daily.
Have you tried texting ROAMEU7D to 150? Otherwise you'll need to wait until you are invited to on arrival.

Actually, I wasn't able to purchase on my last journey because the page no longer opens. I also tried sending a message to 150 based on the invitation of the text message but the sending also failed and the message was not sent, nothing to do with the signal.

I'd recommend contacting Customer Care on 150 so a member of the team can take a quick look at your account.
If you're on an old legacy plan, you may not be eligible for the add-on.
They'll be happy to help.
