Right , hello, here is a conundrum. I have purchased a non android phone. The sim card that is in there is a 15gb data one. However, I am taking this phone to the states and only want to text and telephone.
I have just purchased £40 for texting and phoning and it is has taken a bundle off for GB, which I don't want, how do I revert this back to just a straight top up. Should I buy another sim. Can I transfer what allowance I have on this ee sim to another ee sim, so desperate please help, going away tomorrow

Thanks for coming here.
The pack will include an allowance for data too, you don't need to use this and you won't be charged any extra for having this.
Did you want to have no pack and pay for calls and texts?
Leanne.

Your pack & any data is only for use in UK & EU.
As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/usa > PAYG .
PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable, except for the 1st unspent direct card payment.
