Wifi on undergound with £5 pack discounted to £4.50

I have bought a £5 monthly add on to get get FREE wifi on London underground. This add on was discounted by 10% so I paid £4,50 and did not qualify for FREE wifi on underground, as the minimum topup is £5. 1) Can EE please reduce the minimum top-up to £4, so I can qualify for FREE wifi.   2) Can EE allow me extra 50p topup to make up the £5   3) Can EE allow me to not take the 10% discount.   Being a fibre braodband customer and 3 EE pay-as-you-go phones in the house, can EE not provide FREE wifi access on the London underground to all who top up (any amount).

But you can't top-up by only £4.50. The min. top-up is £5.
