Double charge?

From my credit card statement just arrived, I have been charged twice at the start of my PAYG arrangement last month: £10 and £9 (the latter being the discounted monthly pack price for signing up with a cc). Why the £10 as well? Thanks.

Have just spent 45 minutes on the phone to 150. They were adamant that I would have been charged £10 for the SIM, despite the receipt saying £0. So that would appear to be that... Thank you XRaySpeX for your response.

@Dragoon : Are these on the same day?

When you got your PAYG SIM did you pay £10 to buy it?
