I am on VIP offer of £10 everything pack for £7.50
I usually wait till the day it expires and i get a text saying you need to top up for it to automatically renew. However for this month i topped up in advance.
Now I have £7.50 credit and its telling me i don’t have enough credit so the pack isn’t renewing…
Went to EE on twitter for support turns out they no longer have a support there and instead redirect you to their help page here in the EE app. Tried to call them and guess what, their support number is Temporarily Unavailable.
Absolute joke, I still have £7.50 in my account like i always do for top up and they still haven’t renewed my plan

The £10 VIP Everything Pack is a v. old legacy pack. EE has probably withdrawn it now. Hence why it never reminded you.
The cheapest pack is now £10. What does texting ALL PLANS to 150 offer you?

They did remind me with a text this morning saying I need top up £7.50 again for it to renew. But what happened was I topped up yesterday in advance thinking it will auto renew seeing the credit in my account. It didn’t.
Just got off a call, telling me that VIP offer is now expired lol. An equivalent SIM only plan price would only happen if I go with their EE Broadband which is more expensive than my current one…
Anyway, after the call ended I topped up again with £7.50 and it actually renewed. So the pack still works and isn’t expired.
It just prefers that I top up only after It sends me a text saying top up, not in advance.
Now Im chasing a refund for the initial 7.50 top up that just didn’t work and just sat in my account

PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.
