Hi @Natalieevansxx

Welcome to the community.

I've double checked and can see there is definitely an option for £5, as listed here 👉 Text services for pay as you go mobile.

If you've made sure to top-up and have the credit available to buy this, I'm not sure why you'd be facing trouble getting it in place using the text service.

If you're still no further forward, I'd suggest calling our team, and they can add it manually for you.

@Natalieevansxx : How is it not letting you? What is it saying?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Is there a PLAN05? I'm not aware there currently is 1.

I messaged 150 asking and it does say there is a plan05 but when I reply yes it doesn’t do anything

Then, @Linzi_H , why is it not listed under "Plans available for purchase from 18 July 2024" in the latest EE pay as you go standard and non-standard price guide ?
