I purchase a 15gb data pack for £15 that  was promised bonus of 35gb extra with sms to confirm it. Now I got message this morning saying my 15gb has exhausted and I would need to add-on. Really? Where is the 35gb bonus?

Hi @henrymarks1

Welcome to the community.

What does it say on the add-on status checker?

Chris

“You don’t have any data. To add data, top up and purchase…”

even though when I bought the current data I got an sms saying 35gb has been added to the 15 I got ( suppose to be total: 50gb)

Great News! We've added an extra 35GB to your £15 Pack for free, as part of our promotional offer. To view your full allowance visit, ee.co.uk/myaccount. Enjoy this offer with the next five packs you buy.

this was the sms I got

OK, thanks @henrymarks1

I would suggest calling our Mobile Care team to see if something needs to be added from our side.

@henrymarks1 : Look in your Add-ons to see if the extra 35GB is there.

Unfortunately the message I posted was all I could find. The rest is showing list of data add-on you can purchase. I have purchase an additional data of £13 for 10GB and now it’s saying I don’t have data again. It’s my first time using EE and was also my first recharge. £28 spent in 2weeks. I think I am done with EE already
